Make a difference as a Registered Nurse As a Full-Time Registered Nurse at SummitWest Care, you will play a crucial role in providing empathetic care and education to clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include completing thorough assessments and initiating care plans, ensuring that each client's unique needs are met. Collaboration with the clinical team is key to promoting proper care coordination, allowing you to oversee the work of LPNs and CNAs while fostering a supportive environment. Timely and accurate documentation will be essential in maintaining comprehensive records. By participating in the on-call rotation, you will be readily available to provide assistance when needed. In this role, you will not only offer exceptional nursing care but also build positive connections with clients, enhancing their overall well-being within a flexible and inclusive culture. What matters most To excel as a Full-Time Registered Nurse at SummitWest Care, you will need a combination of essential skills and qualifications. An active Colorado RN license is mandatory, along with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance to facilitate home visits.
