Personal: Maintain the God ordained priorities in your life putting Jesus Christ at the center of everything including your spouse, children, and the ministry Passionate about tithing at least 10% of your income to what God is doing through the vision of Faith Church Invest in and lead a Faith Church connect group Be responsible for developing & multiplying Dream Team Avoid the appearance of evil, let no hint of immorality exist and conduct life with the upmost of integrity in all situations Attend services regularly with your entire family Maintain loyalty to the vision and staff of Faith Church and always protect the unity God has given this church Believes and operates in the gifts of the Spirit Wholeheartedly believes in the empowerment of women in Pastoral leadership Fully devoted follower of Christ Person of Godly character and integrity Loves Faith Church and lives our vision and culture In alignment with What We Believe and Leadership Core Values Attend weekly Staff Meeting Personal social media posts in regards to Church activity must be aligned exclusively with Faith Church Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Follow work plans & checklist as directed by the Facilities Director to accomplish the objectives and goals for the Facilities maintenance needs Responsibilities include the routine maintenance of all buildings, grounds, church owned vehicles, all related equipment, systems, and supplies Lead construction initiatives Build a volunteer team culture that builds value and worth Assist Supervisor with all regular inspections, certifications, and records required by State and Local Governments, including OSHA, and verify are maintained and up-to-date Receives and tracks work orders Maintains records related to maintenance, preventative maintenance, and special projects Special Events - Responsible to assist in event site setup and tear down and other essential functions as directed by Facilities Director Ability to understand and keep current: Facility Maintenance Logs, Checklist & Daily work log. 24 hour availability for snow removal Perform other related duties as assigned and required. Qualifications Competencies Must have a growing heart Christ and the Church. Able to understand oral and written instructions and follow same as required Ability to read and correctly interpret SDS (Safety Data Sheets) Operate church vehicles in a safe manor and ability to be covered under our insurance. Exhibit good judgment, honesty, integrity, responsibility, and punctuality through the utilization of professional work standards Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervising personnel, co-workers, and the general public Enjoys a fast paced environment Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment and includes all aspects of the building and grounds maintenance. Physical Demands Ability to lift 80-100 lbs Move quickly and up to a minimum of 10 miles a day Ability to distinguish colors Ability to work outside for extended amount of time in all seasons for landscaping, flower care, and snow removal Position Type and Expected Hours of Work The weekly schedule will include 40-45 hours per week and will rotate every other week. In addition to your regular weekly hours you will be asked to participate in events that will occasionally include evening or weekend hours, as there are continual seasons where it will be necessary to exceed these minimum hours (i.e., Christmas, Easter, Strategic Planning, are just some examples and do not encompass all of the extended hours opportunities). These hours can/will fluctuate. Working Saturday: Sunday: 7:00am-2:00pm Monday: 9:00am-5:30pm Tuesday: 9:00am-5:30pm Wednesday: 9:00am-5:30pm Thursday: 9:00am-5:30pm Friday: OFF Saturday: 3:00pm-8:00pm Not Working Saturday: Sunday: 7:00am-2:00pm Monday: 9:00am-5:30pm Tuesday: 10:00am-8:30pm Wednesday: 9:00am-5:30pm Thursday: 9:00am-5:30pm Friday: OFF Saturday: OFF Travel Campus to campus local travel will be expected for this position. Required Education and Experience Level of experience: Novice (limited experience) minimum; Intermediate (practical application) or above preferred.
