Squirro is expanding and is looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and customer-focused Customer Success Manager, with Project Management affinity, to join our team in the US. About the Role As a CSM/PM at Squirro, you'll be a dedicated partner to our clients, accompanying them along their whole Squirro journey, from project implementation to onboarding and onwards, as you become their key point of contact and trusted advisor. Through your deep understanding of the client's business challenges, needs, and potential, you will build strong and lasting relationships whilst maximizing the internal value and success of our products. Your role is key to delivering projects on time and driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth. You'll proactively identify opportunities to expand our client relationship, introduce new solutions, identify needs for additional training and demos, and ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes. Cross-functional collaboration and a technical hands-on mindset are essential as you'll work closely with sales, solution engineering, and product teams to provide a seamless and exceptional customer experience. Preferred Experience Own the Project: Demonstrating exceptional organizational and coordination skills to ensure the project delivery stays on course and delivers the expected value. Be a customer champion: Bring proven experience in a multi-faceted customer-oriented role where you have been involved in different stages of the customer journey: pre-sales, project management (implementation), support and customer success. Build lasting, growth oriented relationships: You are not only a great communicator but have an innovative, quick-thinking mind to support our clients and identify growth potential. Most importantly you have the human touch of respect, humility, and compassion. Drive Account Expansions: While being there for the client for project delivery and support, you are always keeping an eye and ear open for new growth opportunities with the ultimate goal of expanding Squirro's revenue growth while maintaining a strong brand image. Be a Collaborative Partner for our Sales, Engineering, and Product teams: Proven ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally with sales account executives, engineers and product teams to deliver Squirro value-add solutions and continuously identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities of our services and products. Get your hands dirty: Use your technical curiosity and genuine passion for learning new technologies, tools, and methods to explore new ideas that can drive innovation and improvement. Who you are Proven work experience as a Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar role You have a positive and enthusiastic attitude that is always looking for new ways to solve problems. Passion for emerging technology and for being a part of a fast-growing high-tech company Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships Previous experience working on search and data-intensive projects would be a plus Previous project management experience, especially in a SaaS delivery environment,is strongly desired. Previous account management experience preferred. Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a "can-do" and "I want to" attitude. A sense of humor.
