About the Role: As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you'll lead the engineering of new magnetic assemblies, refine manufacturing processes, and pioneer innovative solutions. You'll drive safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness throughout our operations, collaborating seamlessly across departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Safety Champion: - Optimize safety protocols and enforce compliance. - Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 2. Configuration Management Expert: - Confirm and approve dimensions on customer drawings. - Create and approve internal drawings. - Collaborate on process-related documentation. 3. Innovator of New Process Technology: - Recommend new equipment and technologies. - Lead Capital Spending Requests (CSR). - Assist in installation and qualification. 4. Process Improvement and Automation Expert: - Enhance efficiency and quality. - Identify automation opportunities. 5. Magnetic Assemblies and Prototypes: - Support Sales in estimating costs and defining processes. - Manage projects from order receipt to shipment. - Design fixtures, tooling, and packaging. 6. Production Support: - Design and recommend fixtures and tools. - Collaborate with Maintenance. - Support production with CAD designs. 7. Technical Customer Support: - Recommend improvements to customer designs. - Support R&D projects. - Communicate directly with customers or vendors. Accountability of Employees: - Strive for excellence in achieving assigned outputs. - Proactively communicate challenges or ideas. - Seek support when unable to perform at peak capacity.
