Site Development Civil Engineer

Job Description Growing full-service firm looking to add a talented Site Development Civil Engineer to their Cleveland, Ohio team! Responsibilities: Coordinate with difference reviewing agencies/jurisdictions with various states for permitting approvals Collaborate with team members/clients Provide technical oversight to design process for site development/stormwater management Ensure junior staff meets QA/QC standards Mentor/train junior staff Provide administrative oversight including developing, communicating and tracking workflow tasks, scheduling, QA/QC, and making sure project documents are consistent with project plans and within scope/budget Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 5+ years of site development design experience PE License preferred Extensive experience in land planning, sustainability, design, and implementation Proficient in site parking lot design Ability to confidently work within AutoCAD Hydrographs/Hydraflow Storm Sewers (or other technical stormwater programs) Experience with Storm/Sanitary Analysis preferred General experience with construction administration Leadership experience Salary is commensurate with experience.
