Job Description Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Austin, Texas Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our diverse clinical team in Texas. This full-time position offers a dynamic opportunity to provide high-quality therapeutic services to diverse populations, with a focus on improving mental health and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to client-centered care, a passion for mental health advocacy, and a desire to grow within a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. Responsibilities: Provide individual, group, and family counseling services to clients across various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques (such as CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, etc.) to address mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments, as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in acute distress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care. Advocate for clients' needs within the community and connect them with appropriate resources, such as housing, healthcare, or social services. Ensure adherence to professional and ethical standards in all therapeutic interactions and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications: Must hold an active and unrestricted Texas LCSW or LPC license. Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred, with a strong background in providing mental health services. Experience working with diverse populations, including clients from various cultural, socioeconomic, and demographic backgrounds. Ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining a high standard of care and documentation. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
