Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Accounting, this position will be responsible for day-to-day accounting aspects related to the company's corporate business, monthly closing process, account analysis, quarterly external, internal, and tax reporting packages. This position will provide accounting support to the business operators and P&L leaders along with their respective departments. The Game Plan : (What you will do) Manage all aspects of the accounting for corporate companies including posting of accrual entries, account analysis and reconciliation of P&L and balance sheet accounts. Enforce and monitor compliance with company-wide accounting policies and procedures. Analyze financial information and communicate financial results to all respective parties. Manage Trial Balance and Profit & Loss reporting. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual variance reports Submit and code invoices. Responsible for ad hoc reporting, analysis and/or other projects as required. Assist and support the VP, Controller and Sr. Director of Corporate Accounting as needed. The Stats : (What to bring) 3+ years' experience and a bachelor's degree required (in Finance/Accounting preferred) Ability to handle large volume of entries for review given deadline constraints. Ability to work independently following prescribed schedules and be resourceful Self-starter, accountable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the aptitude to communicate with all levels of management Demonstrated flexibility - must be able to juggle various projects and be willing to change projects as needed. High Energy and Commitment - must display a positive, confident assertive personality and be able to work on projects until completion. Detail orientated with a desire to research and resolve variances while maintaining efficiency. Advanced Excel (proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), analytical, accounting, and financial skills. Experience with monthly closing process. Experience with Workday The base salary compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
