About the Job: Performs Cardiac Ultrasounds in conjunction with cardiac testing for the geriatric, adult, pediatric, infant, and neonate populations (within level of competency and training) to acquire and analyze data obtained using cardiac ultrasound modalities and related diagnostic technologies. Practices in a manner consistent with the Elliot Hospital Inter-Professional Practice model; the Inter-society Accreditation Commission for Echocardiography (ICAEL), The American Society of Echocardiography (ASE) and the American College of Cardiology (ACC) under the general direction of the Cardiovascular Services Medical Director and the direct supervision of the Cardiovascular Services Clinical Nurse Manager.
