Job Description Personal Injury Plaintiffs Attorney Our client is a highly respected law firm with a strong focus on personal injury litigation, known for providing outstanding advocacy and legal representation to individuals across Arkansas. The firm is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Personal Injury Plaintiffs Attorney to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage a caseload of personal injury plaintiffs matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and other negligence claims. Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to personal injury cases. Conduct depositions, attend mediations, and advocate for clients in court hearings and trials. Provide compassionate and strategic legal counsel to individuals and families affected by personal injury. Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to case strategy, negotiation, and litigation planning. Engage in settlement negotiations while preparing for trial when necessary. Qualifications: 2-10 years of trial experience in personal injury litigation (plaintiff-side experience preferred but not required). Must be Bar licensed in Arkansas, in good standing. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills specific to personal injury cases. Proven ability to handle cases from inception to trial, with demonstrated trial experience. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
