Job Title: Documentation Specialist Location: Pawtucket, RI (Hybrid) Duration: 4 Months Do you have a passion for helping others and like the idea of supporting a branded play and entertainment company that creates toys and entertainment that makes the world smile? We have an opportunity available for an Assistant Claims Analyst to join our Customer Financial Services Shared Service Center. This team supports the North America markets including the Direct Import Business. As part of Shared Service, you will partner with multiple business units with a concentration primarily in the North America markets. • Provide support to Claims Analyst related to retrieving back-up documentation for deductions & creating PDF adobe documents. • Complete various transactions related to obtaining documentation using customer website, SAP, carrier websites and other systems. • Position requires uploading supporting documents account to business requirements. • Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure department is within SOX guidelines. Required Skills: • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application primarily, Outlook and Excel • Technical skills should also include the ability to navigate customer websites. • Must be organized and detail oriented. Desired Skills: Experience with SAP or other accounting software
