RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Planning Lead the development and execution of IVX Health's partnership strategy to support growth and innovation. Continuously assess market opportunities for potential partnerships with health systems, health plans, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and employers. Collaborate with the executive team to integrate partnership strategies into the broader growth plan, including New Market Development and Sales leadership. Support the ideation of new product and service initiatives aligned with the company's strategic goals and partner needs. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development and roadmap. Enterprise Partnership Development Manage existing partnerships and assess resource support needed to maintain, grow, and prolong partnerships in addition in to partnership pipeline development Identify, negotiate, and finalize strategic partnerships that enhance IVX Health service offerings and expand market reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations, including health systems, health plans, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and employers, to foster collaboration and drive mutual success. Establish partnership performance metrics and track outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, including account management and partner support needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and insights that drive product and partnership development. Present product concepts, plans, and performance metrics to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Work closely with clinical, operational, sales and finance teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives. Lead cross-departmental efforts to align resources and drive partnership success. Communicate partnership updates and strategies to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement. Market Insights and Innovation Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting the healthcare landscape. Identify opportunities for innovative solutions and business models that enhance the IVX Health value proposition for partners and patients. Drive initiatives to continuously improve partnership effectiveness and operational efficiency. Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of strategy and partnership professionals, including vertical owners. Set clear objectives and performance standards for direct reports, conducting regular performance reviews and feedback sessions. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages professional growth. Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, and/or partnership management in the healthcare sector. Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including health systems, payers, pharmaceutical companies, and employers. Proven ability to negotiate complex partnerships and build strategic relationships. Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
