Apex has an opportunity for a Lead Operations Strategic Plann er for our top financial client in Princeton, NJ . The Lead Operations Strategic Planner will be responsible for building out strategic roadmaps. As a member of the Strategic Planning Team, this individual will work with the team members to develop roadmaps that achieve long-term business outcomes through innovative operational solutions that meet business needs and drive growth and competitive advantage. This individual will work with the team leader to shape P&D services that align with business needs and drive the necessary process, people, and technology changes in supporting business needs Here are the details: Position: Operations Strategic Planner Location: Princeton, NJ (100% Remote) Duration: 6+ Months Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, education, operations management, or related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired. Master's degree in business, education, operations management or related field preferred At least 8 years' experience in operations business management and strategic roadmap development Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for a variety of audiences across the organization. Responsibilities: Work with the Strategic Planning team members to understand business strategies, challenges and drivers of competitive advantage. Work with the Strategic Planners to develop plans/roadmaps for complex products that align Program strategies with operational services. Work with the team leader to develop a P&D 3-5 year plan for supporting and driving competitive advantage for the SBUs. Develop action plans to successfully execute strategic roadmap. Develop metrics to measure the success of action plans. Continually seek new opportunities to drive innovation and growth in the business. Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.
