Manufacturing Manager

Amare Global is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to join our Operations team. This person plays a vital role overseeing the daily operations of manufacturing and production plants. This position is crucial for ensuring that production processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet required quality standards. The Manager's responsibilities include planning, managing, and optimizing the activities involved in the production and delivery of products. Responsibilities Developing and implementing production plans according to business and market demands. Managing human and material resources to meet production targets and quality standards. Coordinating and supervising staff activities, reviewing performance, and initiating corrective actions as required. Ensuring adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards and regulations within the plant. Assessing and improving operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission. Maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers. Preparing and maintaining production reports and personnel records. Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and replacement of plant equipment and infrastructure to reduce downtime and maximize productivity. Monitoring production to resolve issues promptly and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate channels. Implementing cost control measures to reduce operational and production expenses. Utilizing ERP software for production planning and inventory management. Adapting resource allocation based on production schedules and shifts. Ensuring that products are produced on time and are of good quality. Enhancing employee engagement and facilitating the development of a high-performing team. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred. 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is crucial, with proven supervisory experience, preferably in the cosmetics and dietary supplements industry. Strong understanding of manufacturing software, statistical methods and data analysis, and quality assurance protocols. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to handle high pressure and critical decision-making scenarios efficiently.
