Responsibilities AND Accountabilities The Role The Customer Service Analyst Intern (CSA) supports the Customer Service and Infrastructure Manager in Supply Chain Operations, overseeing the sales process from order to post-delivery for domestic and export customers. This role requires prioritizing and scheduling with supply chain and related teams, balancing customer needs and operational performance. The CSA coordinates with financial and operations professionals to optimize Supply Chain and Business goals, managing conflicting and changing priorities to meet performance contracts. Responsibilities: Help manage orders and forecasts, ensuring timely order entry and fulfillment. Facilitate processes with Supply Chain and Finance. Resolve disputes and manage customer relationships. Direct customers to technical support as needed. Oversee product and customer setup, goods issuing, and service level agreements. Advocate for customers and provide feedback to the organization. Participate in logistics processes, inventory management, and use of systems like SAP, MS Office, and Arkieva. Ensure a positive order fulfillment experience and maintain customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance. Support quality management and daily Supply Chain operations. Share best practices in customer service and operations across the organization. Identify and implement customer service improvements. Represent the area of responsibility on committees. Lead customer and external service provider relationships. Assist in managing SGA costs. Skills & Knowledge Required Education/Experience: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related degree from an accredited university. Minimum 3.0 G.P.A. out of 4.0 is required. Must have competed sophomore year. Skills and Competencies: Strongly developed interpersonal and communication skills. Possesses a track record of accomplishment by driving performance and accountability. Strong customer service knowledge and ability to learn and stay abreast of industry changes. Strong demonstrated ability to manage, progress and deliver multiple and competing priorities. Ability to positively influence others/promote philosophy. Defines personal success in terms of the whole team. Makes timely and effective decisions, includes use of good judgment and consideration of proper balance between benefits/risks. Creates strong morale and spirit, feeling of belonging in team, broadly shares both routine and important tasks.
