As the StaffNurse, you will apply your dynamic abilities by: Assistingwith the coordination and supervision of quality nursing care services forassigned residents that reflect the facility's philosophy Promotingthe individual independence of residents served Assuringthat resident or family concerns and complaints are handled Promotinga positive work environment The ideal candidate willpossess the following: Currentlicense as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in Indiana Abilityto read, write, and make simple mathematical calculations Experiencein long-term care or public health nursing, or equivalent experience in ahospital, retirement community, or nursing facility preferred Abilityto remain stationary 50-100%; position self to exert 10-30lbs of force or tomove objects
