Franchise Development Manager (Remote)

We are looking for a dynamic Franchise Development Manager is responsible for growing the franchise footprint through recruiting efforts. Responsibilities: Partners with franchise candidates as they progress through the qualification and license granting process ensuring that all requirements are met, and documentation is received Partners with team on territory development by identifying sales markets Collaborates on strategic business relationships with funding firms, CRM software, and mapping vendors Cultivates lead generation through own prospecting efforts Cultivates lead generation through positive franchise broker relationships Partners with Franchise Development team on the effective management of the franchise development budget Partners with Marketing team to measure return on investment for lead marketing channels Cultivates new lead generation sources in conjunction with Director of Franchise Development Collaborates with Marketing team to boost sales value proposition and efficacy Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Successful record in franchise license awards Expert ability building relationships and influencing people from diverse demographic backgrounds Education or Formal Training: Undergraduate degree We believe our greatest assets are our employees, we offer competitive salaries and a full benefits package to include, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) and more.
