Do you want to help our members with the credit unions newest communication channel? The Contact Center is looking for a full time On-site Virtual Teller. This individual will be in direct contact with members on a daily basis processing a variety of transactions to accounts and general ledgers through use of an Virtual Teller ATM. Candidates able to read, write, and speak Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply. Job Duties Provide all members with professional, high quality service Provide members with accurate information regarding credit union products and services and refer the member to the appropriate person or department if unable to provide the member with the information requested Ensures that members are aware of how to use available products and services Process transactions to member accounts accurately and in a timely manner Produces end of shift balancing and settlement reports Work as scheduled, including Saturdays, to provide consistent service to the membership Virtual Tellers work a rotation of shifts that cover our hours of: Monday through Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 6:30pm, and Saturday, 8am-12pm Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year experience working in teller services or have an Associate's Degree Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required Working knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Office and Windows software programs Detailed knowledge of the credit union and its services Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis Are punctual and maintain a neat, professional appearance and have proper business telephone etiquette Exhibits above average performance in teller transactions including intermediate math skills Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
