Facilities Technician

We need a person with great attention to detail who will take pride in maintaining our facilities. This position requires a self-starter who has no issues with working late nights and/or early mornings. Essential Functions / Initial Priorities Janitorial within the clubhouse and course buildings, including bathrooms, locker rooms, and common areas Floor care (carpet, hardwoods, tile, and spot cleaning) Light maintenance around the property, including changing light bulbs, building repairs, and troubleshooting issues Supply stocking and inventory Laundry of rags and towels Member shoe cleaning and service Assist with setting up events and decorating Requirements Specific Position Requirements Knowledge of cleaning products and general cleaning procedures Overall "jack-of-all trades" with troubleshooting simple to intermediate building issues Pride in displaying exceptional work Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep storage and supply areas organized, stocked, and clean Physical Demands and Work Environment Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand for prolonged periods of time, and lift 75 pounds. Must have fluid mobility, often while carrying items, for extended periods. Comfortable with heights and being on a roof. Moderate to severe noise level in the work environment.
