Position Summary: Performs inspection, maintenance, and repair work on building systems and components. This work is performed under general supervision using the tools and techniques of various technologies, including electrical, carpentry, mechanical, and plumbing. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge: Knowledge of basic electrical, carpentry, mechanical, and plumbing techniques, procedures, and materials. Knowledge of building elements and codes. Required Licensure: N/A Work Experience: 5 years related work experience in all aspects of building repairs using carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills. The full-time equivalent in trades programs may count toward the 5-year work experience requirement. Shift: Evening Hours: 40 Salary Range: Minimum 26.63 per hour - Maximum 30.91 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
