You will play a critical role in designing, building and managing data pipelines, ensuring data quality and driving the strategic direction of data initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise and experience with Microsoft technology.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of data engineers to deliver high-quality data integration solutionsDesign, develop and maintain robust data pipelines using Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, Azure Databricks)Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient data integration solutionsEnsure data quality, integrity and security across all data integration processesOptimize and tune data integration workflows for performance and scalabilityDevelop and implement best practices for data integration, including data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousingMentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvementStay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in data integration and analyticsWork closely with the analytics team to support data driven decision making and business insightsThis role will be mainly based in Columbus, Ohio.About YouYou'll bring extensive data engineering experience gained through a combination of industry and consulting roles.
