JOB DESCRIPTIONOur client is looking for a Tier 3 Desktop Support as the primary team member managing MAC support, it will have the title of IT Engineer. They will be supporting all internal employees, which includes 200 Mac user and 2500 Windows users. This person will primarily be supporting all Mac related service desk work. All work within PCMac management: - Jamf management - Tool administration - Creating and maintaining master images - Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance - Networking issues Working with a team of TechniciansREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE2+ years of professional experience with the following: - Network Administration (50+ users in corporate environment) - Mac and PC management - Jamf managementNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Tanium - Jamf certificate 200 or 300Pay: $25-$35hr based off experience and qualifications
