Treatment provided in patients room, hallway, outdoor areas, and in rehab gym • Documentation system: Cerner and NetHealth • Scheduling requirements: 40 hours per week, schedule needs to be reviewed during interview with rehab manager • Floating policy: clinician will be asked to float between acute/swing, nursing home, and out-patient services as indicated • Patient Experience requirements: Perfer clinician with at least 3 years of experience in medical setting Hospital Specifics- • Certifications: CPR, NC Physical Therapy license Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have : Experience in hospital and/or nursing home setting.
