Litigation Associate Attorney - (281/o)

Prominent full-service nationwide law firm with over 40 years of experience representing survivors of catastrophic and traumatic events is seeking a full-time attorney with 5+ years experience in plaintiff's personal injury litigation. This role may involve assisting in the Child Victims Act litigation. The successful candidate should be capable of managing his/her own caseload with supervision. Responsibilities include: Drafting complaints, Responding to and propounding discovery, Responding to demurrers, Case settlement negotiation, Conducting depositions, and jury trials. Medical records review Qualifications: Must have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school 5+ Years of practice experience in Plaintiff personal injury litigation.
