Job Description Summary The Marketing Funds Coordinator works in the Marketing department to assist the managers and Territory Manager's with programs and collateral needed to support sales. The coordinator also works with others in the department to assist with other requests as needed. Essential Duties/Accountabilities Gathers registrations and training information to provide to branches and leadership in the field as needed. Discuss knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership. Provide information regarding different supplier programs, run reports, etc. Coordinate creation of marketing content, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase the company's social media presence. Collaborate strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Utilize customer feedback and data to improve marketing efforts and customer experiences. Performs other duties as assigned. Other projects as assigned by Marketing Manageror Director of Marketing And here is what you will need to be successful: Work Environment While performing the duties of this position, employees will work in office and other warehouse/storeroom environments on occasion. Physical Demands The employee frequently is required to stand sit or walk, climb, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time. Dependent body mobility to access a standard office environment with shelves and drawers of varying heights. Stamina to sit and/or stand up for hours at a time. Ability totransport, lift or carry essential work-related materials or items up to 40 pounds. Qualifications Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Experience in retail and/or wholesale distribution Understanding of business intelligence reporting tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with sense of personal ownership and ability to follow through Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Power Point, Forms, familiarity with Salesforce, Basecamp, Hootsuite and other tools is highly desirable. Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services. Skills Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to communicate clearly in person, over the telephone, and in various forms of written communication with multiple levels of leadership. Mental stamina for strong and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to develop long term relationships. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proactively seeks continuous process and service improvements. Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and understanding English to ensure full compliance with safety standards, training, policies, and procedures.
