Problem Solving : Address customer complaints and issues, providing solutions or escalating as necessary. Product Knowledge : Learn and maintain an understanding of the company's products or services to offer accurate information to customers. Order Processing : Help customers with order placement, tracking, and returns. Documentation : Log customer interactions and maintain detailed records using our CRM system. Feedback Handling : Collect and forward customer feedback to improve products and services. Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic computer skills (familiarity with email, typing, and CRM systems is a plus). Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of inquiries. Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.
