Are you ready to be part of something extraordinary?What You'll DoWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Publisher Success to join our Supply team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our Publisher partners, ensuring they maximize their revenue potential and overall satisfaction with our platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive success for our publishers and help them navigate the complexities of the digital advertising landscape.Facilitate the onboarding process for new publishers, working collaboratively with our Business Development team to ensure a smooth transition and full integration with our platformBuild and maintain strong relationships with publisher partners, with a primary focus on healthcare endemic publicationsMonitor and analyse publisher performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize revenue and improve engagementCollaborate with publishers to develop tailored strategies for monetization, audience growth, and inventory management Gather feedback from publishers regarding platform features and performance, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to address issues and enhance our offeringProactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, ensuring a positive experience for publishersDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, marketing technologies, advertising, supply monetization and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights to publishersWho You AreBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in publisher management, account management, AdOps, PubOps, or a similar role in the AdTech industryExperience in the healthcarepharmaceutical space is a bonusStrong understanding of digital advertising, programmatic advertising, and monetization strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniquesProblem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challengesAbility to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectivelyFamiliarity with Google Ad Manager is a plusBenefitsCompetitive salary and bonus planStellar health care plan options for you and your family (Medical, Dental & Vision)401K + 4% MatchingGenerous PTO, vacations & sick leaveExtensive paid parentalmaternity leaveTeam eventsAt Doceree, we know that our Company's strength lies in the diversity of our employees.
