Plus, enjoy a competitive salary of $80-100k, commensurate with experience, and the opportunity to truly make an impact.Key Responsibilities of the Paralegal:Manage traditional and e-filing across various courts, ensuring everything is submitted with precision and on timeDraft, edit, and proofread key legal documents like pleadings, correspondence, and agreementsTake ownership of complex document production, including Bates stamping and indexingPrepare, organize, and format documents for mandatory e-filing, ensuring they meet court standardsCreate Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities with meticulous accuracyCoordinate depositions"”both local and remote"”and arrange court reporters, videographers, and logisticsKeep case files (both physical and electronic) in perfect order, accessible and up-to-dateLiaise with court staff and legal teams to resolve issues, manage schedules, and ensure seamless communicationProvide comprehensive support for trial and deposition preparation, including document review using RelativityContribute to special projects and perform administrative tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothlyQualifications of the Paralegal:Paralegal Certification required, with 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced law firm environmentProven expertise in document management, e-filing, and trial preparationProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management software like RelativityA sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a collaborative team settingExceptional communication skills and a knack for working under pressure to meet tight deadlinesExperience drafting subpoenas and managing discovery processesFamiliarity with architectural drawings"”though not required, it's a plus!P-20
