They have a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, innovative solutions for high-end office spaces, retail environments, and hospitality projects.Your new role and responsibilitiesOur client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a high-end office space project in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial interior renovation projects and fit-outs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead and manage all phases of the construction project from inception to completion.- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.What you'll need to succeed- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in commercial interior renovations and fit-outs.- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.- Proficiency in project management software and tools.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will have the opportunity to be the lead person in a client-facing role on a pivotal project for the firm.
