Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Fitness reimbursement College tuition reimbursement 401(k) Match up to 5% Vacation, holiday, bereavement, and jury duty pay 3rd Shift Position with overtime as required Qualified sanitation operator candidates must be able to perform a variety of jobs, tasks, or duties as required; and must be able to work their bid shift, overtime, and weekends as required. Work with a small team to keep the plant and equipment very clean and audit ready. The tasks required, but not limited to, are general housekeeping, sanitation, and other duties as assigned by supervision. Proper breakdown of equipment, cleaning, and reassembling pumps, sanitary lines, and line equipment. Operation of CIP skids in addition to breakdown and cleaning of line components. Knowledge of chemical handling procedures including PPE required. Completion on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual MSS items. Communicate with supervisor when equipment needs attention. Report/resolve any observed quality issues while cleaning equipment. Ability to follow GMP and Stratas policies. Facility cleaning including floor, drain, and overhead cleaning Act as back up for sanitation supervisor as needed Ensure CIPs are completed for production needs. Ensure team compliance with GMP, safety, and food safety policies Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Related Experience : Previous relevant experience preffered, preferably in a manufacturing environment or commercial cleaning. Equipment/Software Skills : Basic computer knowledge - data Competencies : Employees are encouraged to participate in efficiency and safety improvement teams Learn and follow written rules and procedures Produce accurate documentation Maintain acceptable attendance Will have the opportunity to learn various positions Must fill in when needed in temporary/permanent vacancies Must adhere to and comply with all safety, food safety, environmental, GMP rules, regulations and policies Additional Information Physical: Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel, stand for long periods of time, work in confined spaces, and work with heights Hours: 8:00pm - 6:30am off on Wed nights and Saturday nights (with flexibility needed); Overtime as needed Great for: production sanitation, sanitarians, factory sanitation, and food sanitation workers!
