Certified Pharmacy Technician

Certified Pharmacy Technician HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to fill an opening with a Managed Care Organization in Madison, Wisconsin. Daily Responsibilities for Certified Pharmacy Technician: Responsible for answering the inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals. Responsible for contacting doctors to obtain necessary prescription information to properly fill a prescription. Responsible for managing the queues and working oldest orders first Responsible for the correct shipment of the specialty pharmacy orders. May be responsible for ensuring adequate inventory of pharmaceuticals in the pharmacy, including ordering, receipt, verification of orders, and stocking of pharmaceuticals and supplies. Shift: Mon-Fri, 7am-7pm Remote position Required Qualifications for Certified Pharmacy Technician: High School Diploma or GED Pharmacy Technician license - PTCB and NHA preferred - have programs in place to help the workers get certified at no cost to them 2+ years pharmacy experience here - can potentially be flexible on this Call center and inventory experience as well!
