They will plan and continuously improve branch recruitment program and processes to contribute to company revenue goals. Essential Duties: Coordinates staffing requirements and provides recruitment assistance to management Researches industry trends and develops pipelines for critical positions Develops and maintains recruitment plan, including print and electronic media ads Manages social media, electronic, and print media opportunities Drives the field recruiting and hiring process, including interviewing, negotiating, and extending offers Initiates pre-employment protocol and offer presentation process Conducts screening, reference checks, and onboarding processes Executes creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent Coordinates general orientation of new hires Other duties as assigned Performance Responsibilities: Maintains positive customer service relationships Meets productivity requirements Demonstrates team behavior Participates in continuous quality improvement Position Requirements & Competencies: Associate's Degree in HR, Business or similar field One to three years' experience with recruiting process Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills Results driven and professional To apply via text, text 6866 to the provided number.
