IMCC is a multi-faceted Correctional Institution that serves as the reception center for the Iowa Department of Corrections as well as housing a forensic psychiatric hospital, STA/LTA special needs unit and hospice unit to name a few. Minimum Qualification Requirements Possession of a current certificate to practice diagnostic radiography as issued by the Iowa Department of Public Health which indicates fulfillment of the training requirements for a "general diagnostic radiographer"* and experience equal to two years of full-time work in radiology.
