Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Physical Security Specialist to join our team!Basic Qualifications: An active TSSCI security clearance.Ability to obtain and maintain a CI POLY.Demonstrated security knowledge of applicable ICD, ODNI, DoD, and Executive Order standards. Demonstrated ability to conduct security reviews (CONUS & OCONUS) of SCIFs and collateral areas, prepare accreditation recommendations and risk mitigation reports. Review and as required, prepare ICD 705 SCI Fixed Facility Checklists to support the security accreditation process. Proven ability to work autonomously and to develop and deliver concise executive level reports and presentations. Prepared and able to support travel requirements, CONUS and OCONUS. Ability to make critical judgments away from host support activities while on travel.Demonstrated experience serving in a Senior Physical Security position and managing staff.Responsibilities' include, but are not limited too:Member of a multidiscipline security team tasked with ensuring physical security requirements are met. The successful candidate must be thoroughly familiar with ICD 705, ODNI, and DoD requirements for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) accreditation. Demonstrated experience serving in a Senior Physical Security Manger position and managing staff.Provides recommendations and guidance for new secure facilities and those to be renovated. Coordinates security requirements to support people, systems, and products operating in tactical and special event environments.Analyzes complex physical security issues and provides cost-effective recommendations that meet policy requirements. Provides agency level technical expertise concerning physical, industrial security, and information security. Performs site security surveys to determine if facilities meet requirements for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility accreditation. Works with internal and external organizations for solutions for new and developing physical security programs. Plans and organizes security support for security requirements world-wide. Provides recommendations for formal approval of all SCIFs and collateral areas, both government and contractor. Reviews and, as required, prepares the Fixed Facility Checklist and drawings supporting the accreditation process. Interprets security policy on matters pertaining to processing, dissemination, and controlling of classified materials. Coordinates security issues with members of the DoD, the IC, and other officials as required to support systems and products in tactical SCIF environments. Conducts risk management surveys and renders recommendations and, if warranted, impact statements. Updates and maintains appropriate records (e.g. database and hardcopy) of facility reviewsaccreditations. Prepares and delivers briefings to internal and external customers. Prepares various forms of correspondence.
