As we integrate a new product into the market, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Engineer to drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge RF technologies.Position Summary: The Senior RF Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing RF systems and components for our new aerospace product. This position requires a deep understanding of RF engineering principles, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration and performance of our new product.Key Responsibilities:RF System Design: Lead the design and development of RF systems, including circuit design, signal processing, and system integration for aerospace applications.Product Integration: Oversee the integration of RF technologies into new aerospace products, ensuring compatibility, performance, and compliance with industry standards.Testing and Validation: Develop and execute testing protocols to validate RF performance, including lab testing, field trials, and simulation studies. Analyze test results and implement necessary design modifications.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve RF-related issues in prototype and production systems, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to ensure optimal performance.Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of RF components with other system elements.Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and performance reports. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality novation: Stay abreast of emerging RF technologies and industry trends. Provide recommendations for integrating new technologies to enhance product performance and competitiveness.Project Leadership: Lead RF engineering projects from conception through to completion, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.Customer Interaction: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical support, and ensure that RF solutions meet customer expectations.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in RF engineering, with a strong background in aerospace applications and product development.Technical Expertise: Proven experience in RF design, signal processing, and RF testing. Proficiency with RF simulation tools, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.Knowledge: In-depth understanding of RF and microwave theory, antenna design, and RF circuit design. Familiarity with aerospace standards and regulations (e.g., MIL-STD, DO-160).Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and implement effective solutions.
