Job Description Oversee and manage daily construction activities on the job site. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being performed to specifications and quality standards. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and timesheets. Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track. Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients. Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications. Ensure all necessary permits and inspections are obtained and conducted. Manage on-site personnel and subcontractor workforce. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate for this role will have atleast 5 years of experience leading projects as the superintendent for commercial projects, possessing the following credentials: Proven track record in supervising commercial construction projects from start to finish Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, architects, engineers, and project managers. Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Meticulous in ensuring all work meets quality standards and project specifications. Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to enforcing them on-site.
