Position OverviewThe Project Manager (Heavy Civil) will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of heavy civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in heavy highway and road construction, as well as a deep understanding of DOT regulations and guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of heavy civil construction projects from start to finishCollaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetDevelop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgetingOversee all onsite and offsite activities, including subcontractors and suppliersEnsure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations and guidelinesMaintain clear and timely communication with all project stakeholders, including regular progress reports and updatesIdentify and mitigate project risks, and escalate issues as necessaryQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on heavy highway and road constructionStrong understanding of DOT regulations and guidelinesExperience with asphalt paving, HCSS, and civil construction siteworkExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field preferredBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
