If you're excited to rise with our team, come and join our `ohana!Job Requirements:Greets customers and staff with Aloha spirit!Strong ability to lead and develop a team through coaching, training, and mentorship.Ensures that all bakery personnel are using proper recipes and adhering to best baking practices.Responsible for the new product development, daily production plan, labor compliance, deliveries, side work, line checks, ordering, and purchasing.Hands on Supervisor with the ability to execute all positions within the bakery.Ability to drive organizational effectiveness with an emphasis on providing our guests with an Aloha experience and irresistible baked -depth bakery menu knowledge with a passion for food quality. Manages inventory levels and ensures price accuracy.Manage labor percentages according to budget to meet financial goalsMust be a Curious, Critical and Collaborative thinker who is always eager to learn and teach.Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to provide feedback and coaching to team. Participates in weekly manager meeting.Work on a rotating schedule which includes open, mid, and closing shifts as assigned. SkillsExperience:High School Diploma or GED1-3 years of experience within a leadership positionBaking experience a plus.Proficient in English with clear verbal and written communication skills.Basic math and common-sense reasoning ability.Phenomenal Customer ServiceSelf-motivated with the ability to see what is needed to be done with little direction. Strong organizational skillsAbility to model, coach, and enforce values, human and food safety, and sanitation.High attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.Ability to arrive to work on-time for all assigned shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required. Able to balance multiple tasks and work well in an environment with time constraints.High attention to detail and order accuracy skills.Solid MS Office Skills (Word, Excel)Proficient with technology including POS pensation Range: $19-25hour, based on experience.King's Hawaiian is an equal opportunity employer.
