As we expand our marketing efforts, we are looking for a Business Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team and help execute both outbound and inbound marketing strategies.We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support our growing marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in email marketing, paid ads, and campaign management, with the ability to execute and optimize marketing initiatives across various platforms. You will play a key role in implementing strategies that drive lead generation and help establish FinTrust Connect as a leading recruiting services provider.Requirements:1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on email marketing and paid ads.Proficiency in social media platforms and automation tools such as Go HighLevel, Apollo, Make, OpenAI, Microsoft 365, and Instantly (email marketing).Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret campaign performance metrics.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to propose and implement marketing initiatives.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Maintain reliable daily transportation to the office.Description:Manage and execute outbound marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, paid ads, and social media outreach.Develop inbound marketing strategies that attract job seekers to our career coaching and resume services.Oversee the creation and scheduling of content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).Utilize Go HighLevel, OpenAI, and other automation tools to streamline marketing processes.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to ensure KPIs are met.Continuously research and suggest improvements for campaign strategies based on performance data and industry trends.Assist with pricing research and cost presentations for various marketing initiatives.Preferred Skills:Experience in recruitment, staffing, or professional services industries.Familiarity with automation workflows and subscription management platforms.Perks & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Hybrid work flexibility.Opportunities for professional growth and potential leadership roles.Collaborative and innovative work environment.
