We've been named one of the best places to work in Maine , and offer robust benefits focused on your holistic well-being. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Position Summary: The Retail System Administrator is responsible for the technical functions within each Retail system, including but not limited to user set ups, system maintenance, system upgrades, custom implementations, and the general upkeep of each system. The systems administrator is responsible for analyzing customer data and making recommendations on sales, marketing and customer service initiatives to drive customer loyalty and profitability. In addition, collaboration with business lines to develop and maintain tools, processes, and reliable data that help the bank make more effective business decisions, be consistent in the way we measure and drive performance, and improve service, quality and productivity is critical. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day functionality and support of Retail systems including but not limited to Synapsys CRM, OnBoard Deposits, and Xperience Teller systems and integrate other systems as needed, such as Synergy Manage support requests and administrative needs of the system users as requested Maintain system usage metrics and tracking reports to ensure systems are being adopted and used by all parties Provide assistance to banking centers and the ASSIST Team regarding appropriate account set up requirements Assist banking centers and the ASSIST Team with compliance related questions for appropriate document gathering activities as it relates to new accounts or maintenance of existing accounts Provide monthly metric reports from each system Gain a better understanding of our customers' behaviors and preferences at different stages of their relationship with the Bank to improve effectiveness of cross-selling programs and customer loyalty Develop procedure manuals and user guides for both systems Train users on systems functionality Basic Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent General banking knowledge of account structure, transaction processing and compliance requirements Strong intermediate technical, analytic and problem solving skills Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications: Experience with System Administration Position requires an understanding of the business line's goals and operations Proficient use of research tools and methodology for completion of timely research projects Skills and Abilities: Ability to effectively communicate and articulate by means of verbal and written communication, in a clear, efficient and compelling manner is a necessity Ability to think creatively and focus on opportunities for growth Ability to identify ways to scale insights and deliver to internal stakeholders efficiently Supervisory Skills: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
