Seeking an experienced specialist to support the team that manages NEC PBX systems, Cisco TelePresence systems, Active Directory, O365, and Mobile Device Management application. The ideal candidate should be able to research, design, implement, manage, and support all Cisco telepresence systems, NEC PBX and supporting servers, and MDM servers and endpoints. The candidate will be dedicated to supporting these systems but will be required to support other operational tasks as needed. Must be able to work collaboratively with excellent verbal and written communication skills among diverse teams. Responsibilities: Daily operational support when requested by the manager Performs work in a customer service-oriented manner and maintains a professional approach regarding all matters and gives white glove treatment Remains adaptable and flexible in acceptance of changes in techniques and procedures Support maintenance of existing systems Support helpdesk team as required Collaborate with the security team to harden systems Support effort to upgrade or replace systems as required Create and maintain up to date documentation for related processes Active Directory Administration Experience Support Mobile Device Management Application: Provide daily administrative support for Intune Troubleshoot and resolve server and endpoint issues Support the maintenance and management of Intune servers at multiple locations Perform Intune failover testing Assist effort to upgrade or replace existing MDM solution if required Assist in the Creation and maintenance of supporting documentation Basic Qualifications 5-7 years of experience supporting systems and/or devices Two of three of the following requirements: Minimum 2 years working with Cisco TelePresence and / or Cisco Voice Systme Minimum 2 years working with MS O365 and Active Directory Administration Minimum 2 years of experience with Intune for Mobile Device Management. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT or related field Good working knowledge of server and desktop operating systems Minimum 2 years managing and supporting NEC PBX systems Good oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to document and present configuration and design documents to team when requested Professional work environment, in both dress code and behavior Cisco Certified Specialist - Collaboration Core Solutions Expert (MCSE) Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
