Your leadership will drive the success of our projects while ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTeam Leadership: Inspire and guide a diverse team to achieve project objectives through collaboration and creativity.Quality Control: Uphold our commitment to excellence by ensuring all designs meet specifications and quality standards.Project Management: Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource management.Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients, actively understanding and addressing their needs throughout the design process.Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of the design process for compliance and future reference.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to current building codes and regulations.Design Review: Conduct comprehensive reviews focusing on health and safety standards to safeguard project integrity.Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address design-related challenges with effective, innovative solutions. MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONSIndustry Experience: Extensive experience in Modular Housing and Manufacturing, with a background as a Design Manager, Architect, or Structural Engineer.Production Prints Expertise: Proficient in handling production Blueprints, including editing, auditing, and documentation preparation.Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work effectively across Sales, Engineering, and Production teams to achieve shared goals.Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in leading design teams and fostering a collaborative environment.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor's degree in engineering, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with InDesign, UI Design, AutoCAD, CAD, HTML, CSS, and Agile Methodologies is advantageous.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong collaborative and negotiation skills, with a focus on driving project design anizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively to enhance organizational transformation.PAY RANGE: $100K TO $150K YEARLYThe specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
