We are looking a professional and experienced Office Manager for a financial advising firm in Greenville, SC. This team member will be responsible for managing the office, handling bookkeeping, and various HR tasks. This role is a full time and onsite opportunity. Responsibilities: Oversee business and financial organization, including vendor management, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable, cash flow management, and financial reporting Coordinate vendor accounts, contracts, insurance renewals, invoices, credit cards, and services implementation Ensure equipment functionality through preventive maintenance, inventory management, repair coordination, and evaluation of new equipment and techniques Assist in property maintenance and manage vendor relationships, including maintaining supply inventory and expediting orders Support day-to-day HR operations, including processing documentation, preparing reports, updating employee records, handling inquiries, and assisting with payroll Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training, surveys, and revenue and bonus reporting and tracking Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Professional communication and manner Excellent attention to detail Strong experience using QuickBooks Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Benefits & Compensation: $55,000 - $68,000 Vacation & holiday schedule Employer sponsored health insurance Contributing retirement
