Payroll Operations and Employee Service SpecialistLocation: Greenville, SCAre you passionate about payroll operations and enjoy solving problems while delivering excellent employee service? We're seeking a dedicated Payroll Operations and Employee Service Specialist to join our dynamic team and help ensure seamless payroll processing and employee support across our this role, you'll coordinate daily payroll tasks with our Managed Services Provider. You will ensure accuracy and compliance in processing payroll, maintaining records, and answering employee, manager, and stakeholder inquiries. Your attention to detail, ability to navigate complex data, and commitment to exceptional service will be crucial to your success.Key Responsibilities:Team Collaboration: Partner with payroll associates and business teams to achieve payroll goals efficiently and accurately.Data Management: Perform timely and accurate entry of job, salary, and personal data while resolving discrepancies between HRIS and payroll systems.Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll tasks with the Managed Services Provider, ensuring compliance with internal control procedures and deadlines.Auditing & Compliance: Review, analyze, and approve pre- and post-payroll audit reports, ensuring error-free results and adherence to legal, tax, and audit standards.Employee Support: Act as a subject matter expert for payroll and time system functionality, assisting employees with questions regarding payroll, taxes, and records.Garnishment Support: Partner with managed services to manage the garnishment process effectively.Off-Cycle Payroll: Prepare and process off-cycle payrolls, ensuring compliance with state regulations for final pay.Ticket Resolution: Enter and resolve tickets in ServiceNow and ADP CRM tools, maintaining transparency and communication with employees and stakeholders.Confidentiality & Integrity: Uphold confidentiality, data privacy, and security standards at all times.What We're Looking For:Education & Experience:Associate degree or equivalent work experience.3-5 years of multi-state payroll processing experience for 5,000+ employees.Experience with ADP GlobalView, Ceridian Dayforce, or SAP preferred.Preferred Certification: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the APA.Skills You Bring:Strong understanding of the end-to-end payroll processing cycle.Ability to research and apply federal, state, and local payroll regulations.Superior analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.Excellent time management skills, prioritizing and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Exceptional communication skills"”both verbal and written.Advanced Excel proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills.Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment.A proactive problem solver who can maintain positive relationships with employees and tegrity & Confidentiality: Commitment to maintaining the privacy and security of employee information.Why Join Us?Team Collaboration: Join a supportive team that values collaboration and excellence.Dynamic Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.Growth Opportunities: Expand your skills and grow your career in payroll operations.Impactful Role: Play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while providing stellar service.If you're detail-oriented, excel at problem-solving, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!Apply now and become an essential part of our team!
