About Us:Neuronoff, a medical device company, is focused on the development of the Injectrodeâ„¢, a novel injectable metal electrode, which is deployed via a small needle for manufacturing the neuromodulation interface inside the body on a variety of anatomical targets. Neuronoff is currently pre-market and actively working towards FDA market approval. Now is your chance to join an exciting up-and-coming company located in the Cleveland, OH area.Basic Position Objective Statement:The position will be responsible for receiving and paying invoices, generating purchase orders, managing payroll, assisting with the hiring of new employees, and onboardingoffboarding employees. In addition, this position will be liaising with accountants and HR personnel when necessary, tracking PTO, inventory tracking, and production scheduling and paperwork.Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Receiving and paying invoicesGusto invitation & payroll setupTimesheet, reimbursement, PTO managementAssisting HR in onboarding and offboarding activitiesEmployee post-dismissal activities, if requiredLiaising with accountants on purchasing activitiesManaging continuous improvement of invoicing systemGeneral office maintenanceInventory tracking and planningAssisting with production scheduling, generating production paperworkManage equipment calibrationGenerating purchase ordersOther assignments as made by management.This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all the"essential functions" for purposes of the ADAKnowledge, Education and Training Qualifications and Certifications:At least two years of experience in an office management, purchasing, or business operations positionExcellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills, a good understanding of sourcing and the ability to maintain vendor relationshipsDirect experience with spreadsheet computer applicationsPreferred: Education in Business, Business Administration, or similarPreferred: Experience in ISO-13485 environmentKey Functional Competencies:Excellent interpersonal skills and a spirit of teamworkKey Performance Competencies:Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a culture defined by Neuronoff, Inc's core values of achievement, teamwork, innovation and respect.Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.Excellent communications and influencing skills.
