We are seeking a PRODUCER to join our teamResponsibilities include:Pre-Production: Manage communication and expectations between involved partiesSelect location and obtain required permits and documentationWork with Creative DirectorDirector to cast talentCoordinate the acquisition of required propsHelp coordinate meetings and making sure everyone is fulfilling their roles in a timely manner while keeping all parties well informedCreate and distribute required documentation before a shoot. (call sheets, contact sheets, location notices, releases, dealership checklist, etc)Make sure all required pre-production creative direction is approved (storyboard, script, offers, shot list, etc)Work with director to rent equipment that meet the budget and creative expectationsProduction: Managing shoot schedule and making sure everything is staying within budgetHandle required documentation on set (Call sheets, Talent releases, location releases, filming notices, continuity logs, etc)Work with director and creative director to oversee wardrobeCoordinate talent and props. Making sure they have a place to change, wait, do make up, etcHandle and purchase craft services and crew meals throughout dayTake notes that are relevant to shoot and post productionAssist with equipment load in set up load out when no Production Assistant on siteMake sure all elements from shoot are ingestedPost Production: Fill out Work Orders and give to editorsSchedule and record chosen VO talent. Find new VO talent if neededMake sure all assets are obtained prior to edit (packaged art, VO, etc)About us: Pinnacle Advertising is a full-service strategic, future-forward, creative marketing agency.
