Our business GEN3 Electric & HVAC hiring and we are looking for great people to join our diverse team. Not sure you or someone you know wants to work in the "trades"... don't be so sure. There are NO weird or late hours, our phones are answered 8am to 6pm Mon-Fri and 9am to 5pm Sat. No On-Call ever. Our Call Center Manager Janay has been part of the GEN3 family for over 5 years and she started as a CSR rep too. Janay is a solid manager willing to work with her team on scheduling that truly gives people a real work life balance. In addition, if you have a preconceived notion of "who" we are, unless you know us, you're probably wrong. GEN3 is an incredibly diverse company with 80 employees who live throughout Philly and we look like it too with members of the LGBTQ+, Black, API, and Latinx communities. We have an onboarding and training class scheduled for this Monday May 1, 2023 in our Philly office at 26th and Wharton and three openings to fill. Training will be scheduled from 11am to 3pm. The Big Task You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls and communication into booked service appointments. Key Sub Tasks You will need to learn the call script in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with our customers. Complete outbound calls to collect payments, verify customer satisfaction, book maintenance appointments and more. Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional. Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information. Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager. Desired Skills and Experience Inbound and Outbound Call Center experience preferred Computer proficient with solid typing skills. Ability to work in an office setting full time. Local to the Philadelphia area. _ _ What We Offer Our pay is market rate with our CSR reps paid $16 to $20 to start based on experience plus full medical, dental, 401k, PTO and more! That's right, we pay 100% of the policy premium for employee medical and dental. Performance pay and SPIFFs also available.
