The ideal candidate will be a quick learner such that once trained, the candidate will have the capacity to manage their responsibilities independently while being in constant communication with their manager and broader scientific team, in this fast paced lab environment.SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong team playerExcellent time management skills and prioritizationStrong attention to detail and following Standard Operating ProceduresAbility to perform work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods while in the lab while wearing personal protective equipment (e.g., lab coat, safety glasses, etc.)
