Marketing Manager (North America)LeMieux is a global equestrian brand dedicated to designing and producing world class products for both horse and riders. The brand's vision is to become the most exciting equestrian brand in the world. As part of a global expansion and aggressive growth strategy, LeMieux is making considerable investments in the North American market.The Marketing Manager is a critical early step in the development of the North American strategy. The role will be tasked with building on a strong entry to the market, maintain existing relationships with major Equestrian Associations, Venues and Events, and effectively analyze the impact of marketing investments. The individual will need to have an entrepreneurial mind-set, be self-motivated, bring a strong background across multiple disciplines of marketing and, most importantly, be excited about the growth LeMieux will achieve in North America.Job Requirements:Own and drive US Canadian activations, marketing plans, and general activityCollaborate with global owner in UK HQ team to help develop and own maintenance of US and Canada activity on marketing calendars, inputting into email, promotions and web activityPlay an active role in global marketing activities and regular reviews of marketing plansManage the North American marketing budget to ensure activities are delivered on time and on budgetWork closely with UK HQ creative partners to request, fulfil, and deliver on marketing content needs, event packages, and special marketing materialsAct as primary point of contact for major marketing venue, event, and association partnerships (i.e. USEF, USDF, World Equestrian, Kentucky 3-Day, etc); including events managementWork with the wider US team to recommend new riders and influencers to the UK HQ team, following through on necessary sponsorship elements such as supplying productDevelop and manage key content creation resources to feed US and Canada specific content into LeMieux's digitalsocial channels where applicable, and in collaboration with UK HQ; working with UK HQ team on standards and approval of contentcreativeProvide regular reporting and analysis on key marketing activity in the US and Canada - building and maintaining a NA Marketing Scorecard delivered weekly, monthly, and quarterlyManage marketing coordinator; plus, others as team developsThe ideal candidate will have the following skillscapabilities:Proficient in analysis tools, strong excel capabilitiesStrong understanding of digitalsocial mediamarketingDetail orientation, strong planner and project management experienceEvent management a plusTeam playerMinimum requirements:Significant and proven marketing experienceBachelor's degree, masters or equivalent industry experienceLocated in North Carolina (ideally Greensboro, Charlotte, and Raleigh) - or can easily travel to Greensboro regularlyExperience working in or for a branded apparel companyEquestrian background would be advantageousSports marketingagency backgroundWorking Arrangement Location:Role is based in North Carolina and the successful candidate will be required to travel frequently to Greensboro for regular team meetings, one-to-ones and planning workshops.About usLeMieux's committed global trade and distribution network, vibrant customer and rider community, unrivalled technical expertise and specialist colour flair have made our rapid growth possible.
