The ideal candidate should have a vast network of leaders in those fields, particularly in the Chicago Area. You'll be responsible for driving business growth through tailored workforce and ERP solutions, working closely with decision-makers to deliver solutions that elevate their organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies targeting HR, Accounting, and Finance sectors with a focus on workforce and ERP servicesBuild strong, long-term relationships with leaders in your Chicago-based networkConduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close new business dealsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfactionMeet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growthQualificationsProven success in B2B sales, particularly in workforce or ERP solutionsStrong network of HR, Accounting, and Finance professionals in the Chicago area is essentialExceptional communication and negotiation skillsSelf-driven, results-orientated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCompensation And BenefitsThe On Target Earnings (OTE) for this job is $300,000+.
