We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Office Manager to support a long-standing organization in Brooklyn, NY. Please note, this position reports in office 5 days pweek. Responsibilities: Assist in the oversight of day-to-day operationsAssist in hiring, training, disciplinary actions and workflow issuesLiaise with building management, vendors, agencies, and the courthouse community as neededFoster and maintain relationships with counterparts in the various other offices and departmentsGeneral administrative functionsEnsure the proper implementation of office procedures and policiesGenerate and maintain reports using Excel, SharePoint, and a proprietary databaseProvide administrative coverage when neededOther duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degreeAdministrative experience preferredExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsRequires proficiency with editing and maintaining documents in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Power Platform.Ability to balance, prioritize workload, and problem-solve
